le tired.
Today I got up at the unearthly hour (at least for a fantasy-camper) of 6am in order to attend the first day of the MN Water Conference. While the keynote was good and there was plenty of tasty food, the sessions were largely a bust. I got home just in time to pack up my soccer stuff and head to Roseville for the last rounds of playoffs for the outdoor season. We won the first game in a shootout, then lost the championship game in a shootout, so I guess it was about as exciting as it gets. One might expect a late-October night game in Minnesota to be pretty damn cold, and tonight did not disappoint; the grass frosted over during the last game and the lid on my water bottle froze, but I actually found it quite exhilarating once I got warmed up =D I’m super tired now, though. Bedtime soon.
