… only took you 8 months to elect a senator. however, being the pessimist that i am, i’m still waiting for the catch. doesn’t seem likely that something as insignificant as the minnesota supreme court would get in the way of the gop. still, i’ll admit i never thought i’d ever hear these words uttered from norm’s mouth:
“I join all Minnesotans in congratulating our newest United States senator — Al Franken.”
