yesterday was a pretty good day. it rained for once and i got soaked biking home, but it was actually kind of fun. i took another crack at the turkey burgers, and opened the hercules while i sat on the deck grilling and listening to the rain. if we had lived on a quieter street it would have been nearly perfect, but oh well. i was definitely not disappointed by the hercules; it was much better-balanced than the imperial hatter, a little bit sweet up front (but not too much), and overall really good. would drink it again for sure.
